Section 8
Power To Receive Grant And Borrow Loan
The Corporation may, by obtaining approval of the Government of Nepal, borrow cash or in-kind or accept a grant as required to increase its running capital. After the provision of the general meeting, in so borrowing a loan or accepting a grant from any foreign country or agency, the general meeting shall also be consulted.
